Owner

Product Owner works collaboratively in close contact with the customer, to fully understand business needs and priorities, and with the team to direct him / her in operational activities. In detail we expect Product Owner to provide: • Pre-sale support and development of new proposals for managed customers • Definition and management of project budget • Guidance on the requirements collection phase (through co-design methodologies aimed at involving users and stakeholders) • Product backlog management by constantly updating priorities based on the needs identified by the business Whe look at Product Owners with: • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and in particular of the scrum framework • Working experience with teams aimed to software design and development of digital innovation projects • Attitude to deal with customers, to build and present structured project proposals, to manage and guide internal meetings and with customers

After a training period, the junior Software Developer will be part of the project teams and will contribute to the different components of the respective software systems, while acquiring knowledge and skills on a wide range of technologies. He/she will participate in the following activities: • support for the estimates of the effort necessary for the realization of the various functions; • development of functionality and software components; • functional testing of the designed / implemented components. What we are we looking for? • knowledge of Java and / or C # language • knowledge of client / server architectures and of the main web communication patterns and technologies • knowledge of the main front-end technologies relating to Web Development • problem solving attitude • attitude to experiment and innovate, getting involved in dynamic working groups
